Mother's Day Minis

I love watching those sweet interactions between child and parent.
There is a joyful, gentle confidence that the child knows he/she is loved unconditionally.
Capturing that joy is one of my all time favorites.

Five brothers

A family of boys.
Fun, well behaved boys.
(The mom might snicker at that, but I thought they were great!)
I had such a fun time with these brothers.
They did such a great job!

One of my incentives which I unashamedly use is candy.
Modeling jobs are hard work and they need to be rewarded accordingly.
This next shot would not have happened if it were not for the dad yelling "candy."

See the excitement in the toddlers eyes; even the baby was getting excited.

Mother's Day

It's amazing how fast my children are growing.
How they are constantly changing.
One thing I love about photography is that it captures the moment in time,
that fleeting moment where the memory may fade away,
but the pictured image is still there.
Last summer I had pictures taken of me and my kids.
I am so thankful for those pictures.
They look older now.

Last year my daughter loved patting my cheeks and always had a twinkle in her eye when she did so. I almost forgot about it, until I looked back at the pictures from last summer.

I'm a little giddy.
These gorgeous little ladies made it simply easy for me.
I had a hard time choosing a favorite as you can see:

Such sweet and beautiful girls!
Their dad is going to have a handful when they get older.
(meaning, young guys wanting to date these beauts).
